Click on Submission Page tab first to see if you are already signed in. The “Click HERE to Sign In” button never goes away.
The first time you sign in you need to setup a password. This password can be the same as the main website or different.
Apple/MAC users who are having problems signing on, please use Chrome or another browsers beside Safari to upload photos.
